300 x 300mm Block Paving Recessed Manhole Cover 10 Tonne, 100mm Tray

This block paving recessed manhole cover is designed for installations where a deeper infill is required to match surrounding ground levels. The recessed tray allows block paving, slabs or other surface materials to be installed within the lid so the finished surface remains continuous.

With a 10 tonne load rating, it is suitable for domestic driveways and areas with occasional light vehicle traffic. The structural load is carried by the galvanised steel frame and transferred into the surrounding ground, rather than through the infill material.

The increased 100mm tray depth provides flexibility where deeper construction layers are present. This is commonly required on raised patios, stepped levels or where additional bedding and sub-base material is used. Selecting the correct tray depth avoids weak infill or uneven finishes.

This cover is non-sealed and intended for external applications only. It should not be used in internal areas or where water or odour sealing is required.
