450mm Diameter Grass Top Recessed Manhole Cover 3.5 Tonne

This polypropylene grass top recessed manhole cover is designed to provide access to inspection chambers in soft landscaped areas such as lawns, borders and garden spaces. The recessed tray allows soil and turf to be installed within the cover, so it becomes visually integrated into the surrounding surface.

The 150mm tray depth supports a sufficient soil profile for grass establishment. This is important, as shallow trays often lead to poor growth and visible outlines over time. The open base and perforated design allow water to drain through, helping maintain natural ground conditions.

The cover is typically used in domestic environments where loading is limited and a concealed finish is required. It is not intended for heavy traffic or commercial vehicle use.
