This tile insert recessed manhole cover is designed to provide concealed access within tiled floors and paved areas. The 900mm x 600mm overall frame aligns with standard large format tiles, allowing the layout to continue without breaks or irregular cuts.

The recessed tray is sized to accept tile, adhesive and bedding build-up, creating a flush and consistent finish. This avoids cutting tiles around the opening, which often leads to poor alignment and weak edges. The clear opening of 794mm x 494mm relates to the chamber below and should always be confirmed on site before selection.

A double neoprene sealing system combined with screw locking helps contain odours in internal environments such as kitchens, bathrooms and utility areas. It also reduces water ingress from above in external installations.
