Triple Sealed Aluminium Recessed Manhole Cover 60mm Multiple Sizes

The TSL-Pro-Line 60mm range is a triple sealed and locking aluminium recessed manhole cover system designed for installations where both sealing performance and secure closure are required. The cover is recessed to accept tiles, paving or similar finishes, allowing the access point to sit flush within the surrounding surface.

This range is typically used in internal floors such as bathrooms, plant rooms and utility areas, as well as external paved areas where odour control and water resistance are important. The screw locked lid and three seal arrangement provide a tighter seal than standard recessed covers, helping to limit odours, gases and surface water ingress.

The 41mm tray depth is suited to deeper finishes and bedding layers. This avoids the common issue of shallow trays being specified where the build-up cannot be accommodated, leading to weak or uneven infill.

Load performance varies across the size range. Smaller covers up to 600 x 600 are B125 rated for light vehicular use, while larger formats are limited to A15 pedestrian duty.

Manufactured from extruded aluminium for corrosion resistance and a clean architectural finish. The recessed tray incorporates a galvanised steel base plate and reinforcement mesh to support the infill material. Sealing is achieved through two base seals and an additional side T-rubber seal.
