Triple Sealed Aluminium Recessed Manhole Cover 40mm Multiple Sizes

The TSL-Pro-Line 40mm range is a triple sealed and locking aluminium recessed manhole cover system designed for shallow floor build-ups where appearance, secure closure and improved sealing are all required. Each cover uses an extruded aluminium frame and tray with a galvanised steel bottom plate and reinforcement mesh, allowing tile, paving and other thin finishes to be installed within the recess.

This range is typically used in internal tiled floors, porcelain patios and other finished surfaces where a flush and more discreet access point is needed. Unlike double sealed covers, this range is screw locked and uses three sealing points, with two seals at the base and a side T-rubber seal. This helps improve resistance to odours, water and dirt build-up around the cover edge.

The main reason to specify this range is where a shallower recess is needed but a plain seated or non-locking cover would not provide enough sealing or security. The 21mm tray depth suits thinner finishes and avoids the common mistake of selecting a deeper tray where the surface build-up cannot support it.
